1250+ sq ft steel-frame units combine storage with office space. Each includes utilities, insulation, and both roll-up and personnel doors. Ideal for contractors and small businesses needing workspace combined with secure storage in The Villages area.

High-visibility retail units on Highway 25 offer 200+ sq ft of commercial space. Located across from Lady Lake Post Office, these units provide excellent exposure for businesses seeking storefront locations with easy customer access.
