DO NOT store valuable items that are subject to damage in non temperature controlled storage (ie: Items such as furniture with delicate material like leather, wood, fabric, electronics).
Remove legs from furniture when appropriate - wrap individually with packing blankets and secure with plastic wrap & tape.
Do not move your contents into storage when its raining or snowing to prevent your belongings from getting wet.
