Your employee Ruth at Rancho Cucamonga location was outstanding! There was an issue with transferring from old to new contract, but she handled everything perfectly and professionally! I want to thank Ruth and Marck for their kindness during a difficult time in my life. My brother passed away only 2 hours before I showed up here and when I walked in I was greeted with a friendly welcome and treated with nothing but respect throughout the entire process from Ruth and Marck. Best price in town, hands down!!! Staff is amazing Ruth has been my point of contact from day 1, from over the phone a few times, until I finally got the chance to met her in person yesterday (with a last minute request to up-size my unit, I must say). Ruth was wonderful to work with. She gave us a tour of the units, walked through the payment options, and helped us find the unit that fit our needs. She was very organized and efficient. I went to four other storage companies and ended up coming back to Stor-N-Lock because of their cleanliness, professionalism, and great manager. Definitely recommend this location if youre looking for a clean, climate-controlled unit.
