The property management here is amazing and the prices are very affordable for the quality provided. I'm a musician so climate control is a big concern for me and they are one of the few spaces that offer that. They also have a lot of security cameras which makes me feel a lot more comfortable and safe storing my stuff here.

I dont write many reviews, but when I do I am serious enough about the interaction that I make time in my day to be honest and accurate. That being said, I started storing my most precious items at STOR-N-LOCK in November of 2024. The previous managers who lived on site, Mike and his wife Holly were so helpful, sweet and kind, after 14 years they finally chose retirement. A few months ago Mark came over from another location to be the on site manager and he has been a pleasure to work with. He always has a kind word and has the kind of personality you always look forward to having a conversation with. He is always helpful and when I am there taking or putting items into my storage, I always see him out and about busy doing something on the property but never too busy to stop and say hi and or wave. The owners are lucky to have replaced great managers (who retired) with Mark, who is affable, knowledgeable and makes stopping by a pleasure instead of a chore. Thank you for hiring such an exceptional manager.

Super safe place to keep your items and easy access for if you need to come and go for storing business items this is the place. Ive kept my work tools and few bigger house items here since I moved to a smaller home, I upgraded units online and was super easy with the help of the people in charge

I would give 20+ stars !! Mark is amazing!! Hands down!!!. He made my storage/moving experience so comfortable and relieving during a stressful move!. I have rented storage units in the past from other companies and I have to say this rental has been the best experience with storage units!! I am so thankful for the overall quickness, kindness, respectfulness from Mark in Midvale! Thank you for making my day and making it so comfortable to move into. Highly recommend !!

Mark is truly unstoppable! Despite the entire office building being under renovationno power, no internetwhat could have been total chaos was instead a seamless experience, all thanks to Mark!

Was looking for a storage facility near my home and came across stor-n-lock, went in to get information about rates for storage units, Mike and Holly were very helpful and friendly an answered any questions I had. If your looking for a storage facility I recommend Stor-Lock in Sandy you can't beat the customer service the onsite management is top notch and they have a climate controlled storage units which is a plus.

I love this storage location, I stayed for more than 5 years and have never had problems, and the management works hard to keep it spotless and safe, the area is great and access is very convenient. Holly and Michael are the best storage managers you can hope for, Holly is warm and welcoming, always greeting clients with a friendly smile, She is deeply empathetic and takes great care to ensure each client feels heard and understood, meanwhile, Michael is solid and very professional, a great communicator, he is driven and focused, but never loses sight of the human side of things, Together they form a dynamic duo that embodies both professionalism and compassion! I will come back for my future storage needs for sure!
