Visited this business (BTA) and they are very informative and helpful and took their time. Didn't feel like we were rushed or bothering them. Had been to other places to find storage units. The other people we spoke to made us feel like we were a bother. From the time we walked into the doors here at BTA storage it felt more like a family environment and the prices were spot on!!! They were willing to show us the storage units and the trailer parking lot without any hesitation.

We have been associated with this BTA Self Storage on Hwy 205 for over 14 years with storage, trucks, and trailers (from the time we first moved into our neighborhood, moving our kids, and now to moving ourselves again). Angela & Cody have been very kind to help us with our many questions about moving. They are always super helpful with the purchase of moving items and general information that has saved us money in the long run.

Cody and Angela were the BEST !!!! Very helpful in getting the U-haul and ody walked around the whole truck to make sure I got photos of any new dings and scratches. Angela made sure I knew the distance I would need the truck for and that I had plenty of miles . You two are the best workers and I hope Uhaul gives you both a well deserved raise. I will most certainly use them again.

Great facility! It is a clean and well maintained property. There is no grass and no gravel to track I your unit and that also eliminates other creepy crawlies also. It is a gated facility and all the units are ground level. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Even when I called to make changes to the unit I needed and had to call the emergency line to get the information about the changes I had made. Overall, it's been a pleasant experience. Which is awesome after dealing with the stress of needing to move to begin with. The price are on the high side though. That will be the only complaint I have so far.
