I've rented a storage unit for the past year.. Now that I have room at my home I no longer need it. I sent Tina an email giving her my 30 day notice as required and everything went smoothly. I must admit anytime I had what I thought to be an issue, Tina was always there to assist. She always and I mean always helpful and polite. And that type of customer service is hard to find these days. Thanks Tina for going the extra mile for this business. I will also add that I found this self storage facility to be top tier. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for. So I give Tina and StrongPoing 5 Stars

Absolutely amazing!! Strong Point is above the rest. Manger Tina was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, great patience with thorough detailed information to provide Customer service is phenomenal. I was looking for a storage unit for some family furniture. I received great customer service from Ms.Tina, she explained how everything worked and assured me that my furniture would be safe.
