I found this storage facility a few years ago while I was building my house and was surprised by how nice it is compared to the other places I looked at. The facility is always clean, well temperature controlled (so I know my stuff wont get ruined), and there are plenty of carts available. Probably best of all, the front office people are always upbeat and helpful! I was very pleased and thought it was a great value for the money to the point where I came back again a few years later.

Excellent staff, very professional and helpful. As a person who is new to the Cleveland area, they were even willing to tell me about good locations to live along with commute time for various places. They went above and beyond my expectations. The storage units themselves were all very clean and well kept and they tried to give me a unit that would be the easiest for me to navigate to if I were to need to come after hours too. Overall, excellent service!
