UPDATE...LINDA IS BACK THANK GOD! Great when Linda was there but she retired. Her grandson took over. When I went 2 clean out my unit, i had had 2 locks on it. Was told b4 I cleaned it out that I needed 2 remove 1 of the locks. I said I'd be there within next 5 days to remove 1 of my 2 locks. I got there in 3 days & someone had cut off 1 of my 2 locks & an OFFICE PADLOCK was on my storage unit as well as 1 of my remaining locks.
It was Very hot out & I have big health problems - get dehydrated very quickly! Hello? There r cameras there but no1 in office would tell me WHO PUT THAT EXTRA LOCK on my unit. So I could Not get into my unit... Ugh! They said ''Someone must have thought that that was Their unit & put the lock on your storage unit by mistake.''
Really? Linda would've reviewed security tapes & found out who did what! It made me very very upset! No one even apologized
Wish they had CLIMATE CONTROL!
BC I AM going 2 have to rent another storage unit & summers here r brutal all the way thru Sept.

I'm happy with the service at Mead Self Storage. Though area is not the best, I don't worry about someone breaking in at my storage , I Feel pretty safe. Will recommend Mead Storage to my friends.

JoBell was the best. She gave me a discount on my storage which was really really great. She walked me through the complete process it was easy and painless. She was able to take care of everything for me over the phone in about 10-15 mins. She was a bowl of awesome sauce
