I love this storage unit facility!! I started using it when it was Daniel's Road Storage Back in 2016 and have loved how they keep things so nice and clean. I have had different units off and on because I have always come back to them when I need a storage unit. This last unit I moved out of on a holiday (Sept 1st) and so my payment had already gone through for the month, but after talking to the super awesome desk clerk Eric he was able to get me full month refunded because it had been a holiday that I moved out. I love this storage unit facility and if I need a storage unit again I will be back. It is now called Towne Storage. Thank you so much! You guys are awesome!!

I have friends that had to temporarily store items at this locations. They were quite pleased overall, however there were some miscommunication issues. In the end though things were sorted out but the cost was a little more than they had been told. They did not get the name of the person they spoke to over the phone so they could not prove things.
