When you walk in, you use a large screen to select your unit. It was a smidge overwhelming so Gina popped out of the office and helped us set up a unit. She was incredibly helpful and indulged in my request for side by side pricing of units we were interested in. I've not seen a storage property this high-tech. You download an app, connect to their (wifi) before leaving, use the app to open the gate, the secondary sliding doors, and your unit. Gone are the days of having to remember codes or lock combinations. I do enjoy that access is restricted to the floor you have a unit on. We opted for first floor but that means I cannot access 2nd or 3rd. Those with units on 2nd or 3rd cannot access the ground units (must have access to unlock secondary sliding door to gain entry). I'm not certain what I pay for the 10x15 but I do remember being impressed with the reasonable price.
