What up with this guy? Every time I have come on the weekends he acts like he cant be bothered. The attitude is atrocious and I think Ive had it. Today when I expressed my displeasure he told me I dont even know you lady , have a nice day

I specifically chose this place others in the surrounding areas because of their prices. I made a reservation online to secure a 5x5 closet a day before my move in date. When I went in to officially get set up, Matthew who worked the front desk did a great job at getting me set up and giving me a tour of the building and how to work the elevator (a very old school style elevator). After a few months the prices will increase which was unfortunate when I was told. But the location is easy to get to, easy to maneuver around and very secure with cameras in all directions on all floors.

Ashley is why I choose this location. She has the most knowledge of all the uhauls, she helped tremendously and was very attentive to my needs. I rented a truck, dolly and got the insurance she offered me and I'm glad I did. This was a seemless process because of her. Thank you Ashley. You get 5 stars!!! To the owner of this place give her a raise and and 1 ice cream machine for your customers. The other u haul offered me a ice cream snickers bars but Ashley's customer service was my deciding factor.
