Stor Self Storage

Our family owns and operates Stor Self Storage in Minnesota, bringing two generations together in the business with a third generation soon to follow. Other family members also help with our daily operations, making our involvement personal from the facility to the customer experience. Having gone through our own storage experiences, we established our approach with a simple commitment to provide a nicer, cleaner, and more caring alternative to the big storage companies. We offer affordable storage and allow customers to decide how they want to rent, whether that means speaking with us directly or completing the process independently online.

During office hours, customers can work with an actual person at our location, and phone support from a real person is available during extended hours. Customers who prefer no interaction can rent online at any time through our zero-talking option. Storage access is available from 5:00 a.m. until midnight, with drive-up, drive-through, and pull-up choices intended to make moving more convenient. Many units allow customers to drive directly to the door, while temperature-controlled spaces provide multiple dock options, a bay, and drive-through access. We also provide a 16-foot moving truck at no charge for one day when a customer moves in with a minimum $250 total relationship over time. Our fenced and gated sites use advanced access controls and cameras, with motion-activated interior lighting and LED wall lamps operating throughout the night. We use cylinder locks as part of our security approach. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted in person, online, or by phone. Cash and gift cards are not accepted, and the name on the payment card must match the customer's name at move-in.
