I've had a great experience with Mebane Self Storage so far. My belongings were stored in another storage facility, but they notified me that they would be upping my rent by *$80/mo* after only 3 months, to take effect in the fourth month. I was not having it and set out to find a different, reasonably priced, trustworthy, non-highway-robbery-commiting place to store my things. I happened upon Mebane Self Storage after reading reviews and finding that Mebane Self Storage doesn't up their prices every 3-4 months. In fact, Angel, the manager at Mebane Self Storage (who is wonderful, shout out to Angel!), told me that they only raise prices once a year and you can prepay to avoid a price increase. I feel very good about doing business with them and would recommend them to anyone. And thank you to Angel for being so helpful, knowledgeable and hard-working!

Wonderful. Angel Smith was great with us. Her customer service was great. We were in tight situation trying to get my father law out of his home and having somewhere to put his belongings until we could find somewhere. She stepped and made everything easy. Highly recommend and she is great. Dont go nowhere else she handles everything. Places are clean and safe. Great and thank you for everything

Mebane self storage has supplied all of my climate controlled needs for storing my furniture. The price was reasonable. Angel has communicated very well with keeping me up to date with upcoming payments or any other important information. She communicates with people very well an is a very sweet person ... New, nice, neat and clean. I was able to rent a unit online. Love that contactless renting and online payments are an option. Loved that the store manger's name is Angel Smith. Had to go in to get a copy of my ID turned in. If you love or hate scary movies, the lights on the inside are motion activated. Sometimes the lights in my unit will turn off even if I'm moving in there. Then I have to wave my arms and they will come right back on. It looks like a great place to store an RV or boat with the covered parking spaces. There is also regular paid parking too.
