Cory oversees all self-storage operations with a background in business management from North Carolina State University. He joined Advantage in 2012 after successful leadership roles at Mobile Mini and Optivest Properties, bringing expertise in regional market optimization.

Davis manages acquisitions and development with 20+ years in commercial real estate and financial services. His career includes leadership roles at NexBank and Highland Capital Management. He holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
