I moved out of the storage unit on a weekend when the office was closed, and it was the day before my automatic payment was to be debited.

I emailed them on Sunday and my refunded payment was processed on Monday. The units are large, clean and easily accessible. This will be my go to place for any future storage needs. We have been customers of Uncle Bob's self storage (which is now life storage) for almost 15 yrs.
